Returns & Exchanges
- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The perfume bottle must be at least 90% full and in its original packaging.
- Returns and exchanges are processed within 3-5 working days after we receive your request.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
- Orders above Rs. 10,000 are not refundable, but can be exchanged.
Exchange Delivery Charges
- If you want to exchange a product, you will need to pay the delivery charges.
- If your item was damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we will cover all return and exchange shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sample/tester boxes are non-refundable as they are for testing purposes.
